1.This product is based on the ancient heritage of the master ”Ah Yan” in Silou Taiwan. The complex process of black bean brewing begins with a rigourous selection of the finest black beans that after being soaked, steamed and then inoculated with Aspergillus koji. After mixing salt, a last coat of salt is spread before sealing the vat. The mixture is then exposed in the vats.
2.The product accords with the national standard : CNS 423 Grade A product of soy sauce, total nitrogen content 1.4g/100ml,amino nitrogen 0.56g/100ml or more,no salt soluble solids 13% or more.
3.Light soy sauce : Using 100% natural pure brewed black beans, this producted is guaranted to contain no “natural caramel sauce” to enhance the color. Suit for light dishes seasoning, soup, hot pot, eggs and so on.
4.As this product is naturally brewed, sedimentation is a natural phenomenon! This product does not contain preservatives, please refrigerate after opening and consume soon.
